Not happy at all. Placed a Mother's Day order online for my mother through 1800 flowers and they used Hialeah Flowers. I COMPLETELY wrote out what I wanted the card to say and they absolutely botched it! Not to mention the flowers dried out the following day! Would not ever use this place again.

I live on Long Island Ny, and my mother passed away this year and I needed a florist to send flowers over to my mom regularly bc my mom is resting in Miami and I live all the way in NY, Sonia and her team have not disappointed me once. they deliver new flowers and send me photos of the beautiful arrangements they make every time, the flowers are great quality I highly highly recommend Hialeah Flowers to everyone for any occasion.nI am a satisfied customer and will remain a customer ongoingly. I ordered an orchid arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day. I looked on several sites and decided on this site because I fell in love with the beautiful online arrangement. I paid a lot of money for orchids. I went to visit my mom today and I asked her where were the orchids I sent? She said: What I received was not orchids. I was livid! I called The store and the receptionist was very nice. The owner called later on and basically said I probably missed the call from the store stating that they did not have orchids in stock. I did not receive a call nor did I receive a voicemail. If the orchids were not in stock then I would have cancelled the order and went to someone who did have it in stock. The owner was rude and she dismissed my complaint. After reading a few other reviews it looks like this happens often. If you are dead set on a specific arrangement then don’t order here.
