My wife had a special birthday and my brother had ordered flowers to be delivered here in Miami Springs from his location in PhiladelphiannHe made arrangements for the delivery drop off on Saturday with Poinciana Flowers and they followed through with a beautiful Pink rose arrangement. However. We were out of town and the flowers were sitting in the sun for the day and the roses were impacted.nnThis mix up was not the responsibility of Poinciana Flowers. They met the commitment made to drop off the flowers on Saturday.nnHowever. Upon learning of the problem they remade the arrangement in an even more beautiful way then the first and presented them to us before end of day. My Wife was thrilled and it made her birthday. HeynnIncredible flowers and unmatched customer service. I highly recommend them or any and all occasions.

I had them make and arrange this flower arch for my wedding, and it was the most beautiful arch I found in all of Miami. Maka and the owner were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. My bouquet was equally beautiful and matched perfectly with the flowers on the arch. The way they arrange/designed the flowers was very creative. 10/10 would recommend.
