Just found that for more than a year this clinic has been charging for office visits. In the past, one of the perks here allowed the customer to save a few bucks in exchange for an hour or so in the waiting room. But now, considering the office visit charge, and the fact that my wife has been waiting for MORE THAN FOUR AND A HALF HOURS today just to keep our dog's shot record current, I would NOT recommend a visit if you value your time. These people certainly do not value 'your' time. In the future, we'll make appointments at any other reputable vet because there's no longer a good reason to use this establishment. Yes, they're nice people. But they're nice people who could really use an office manager. Until that happens a word to the wise. If you value your time, go elsewhere. This experience has become outrageously costly in both time and money. Time is money and these people, however nice, evidently don't grasp that concept. Be good to yourself and your pet (who don't like waiting anymore than you do), consider an alternative.
I was absolutely pleased. The entire staff was 5 star. Our old cat needed tlc and he is now happy and healthy! Dr. 'Nancy' is great. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Yes it is a long wait but that is because they only take walk-ins.nOur doctor for my precious baby was very kind, considerate, answered all of our questions and took his time with us even thought there was alot of people. We will return. Thank you for your help and we hope when we return we get good news.
They are very caring and compassionate here. The rates are very reasonable and a lot cheaper than most other vets. Thank you for taking care of our doggy families.
This is one of the best veterinary hospital my dog got a leash hook stuck in his paw and there's no way i could of got it out. so i just called around the first one i called was the square mall very rude but she gave me lake veterinary if your looking for the best veterinary around lake country this is where you will be treated like family they all go way beyond to make sure you are taken care of.nthank you for everything you donsincerelynricky smithnyou guys are the best
