He was compassionate, professional and friendly, and very easy to work with in arranging the final plans following my father's death.

I personally wanted to leave my cremation paid so my children don’t have any worries when the time comes. I met Yvonne Baird and she’s the an amazing woman to speak with. I called around and asked questions about the various prices for a simple cremation and found Baldwin to be the least expensive in the area. Since we do not want a service but only a simple cremation I was expecting someone to try to talk us up to more than we desired as this had been true of another place. We had Yvonne Baird as our sales person and were delighted that she di not try to get us to take service we did not want or need but provided the exact information we needed. My fiancé passed away, Hospice called Baldwin brothers Funeral home across from waterman Hospital in Tavares Florida. The first time I walked in there I was thankful the service wasn’t going to be there. I just didn’t have a good feeling about it. We did some paperwork about ordering things and I requested that they get fingerprints so I can turn it into jewelry. After the funeral I called because I never got an ID number to order my jewelry in memory of him. When I called to ask why they said regretfully they forget to get his fingerprints. The email stated how sorry they were but if I bring something plastic or metal in and they would be able to lift his print so I can go ahead and have a pendant or a charm made. This was heartbreaking. Thankfully his sister asked the funeral home where the service up north, they were pleased get the fingerprints, It’s hard enough to lose a loved one but when somebody is incompetent it’s unacceptable. So they get a Zero
