What a wonderful place! We lost our 16 year old cat whom was dearly loved. From beginning to end these folks were kind caring and attentive to my needs. After losing our 20.5 yr old girl Zelda this past Sunday we were emotional wrecks. We were worried that being a Sunday it would be hard to find someone open. Natures pet loss had someone meet us within an hour to drop off our beloved girl. We were treated with compassion, dignity and respect. We received a phone call to check on our emotional well being and also asked if we made it home safely. even picking her up yesterday was hard but we were once again treated with the utmost kindness and compassion.nThank you for what you do, you and your staff made a heartbreaking situation a little easier to deal with.
I love Natures Pet Loss! My wife and I lost our 12 year old cat Timmy. We don't have any kids but we do have alot of animals who we consider our babies. Everyone that works there treated us and our furry friends just like family. They were sweet, compassionate, gentle, understanding and most of all caring all the way through each process. We trust them and will continue going back to them as our furry friends go to heaven. Thank you ladies !!You are the best.
They were absolutely amazing. They treated me so kindly and made me feel so much better dealing with the loss of my pet. She was everything to me, and they made sure she was in great hands. It was a leopard gecko and they made a memorial imprint of her feet, her nose, and her tail. It was super affordable and just overall a great experience. Before we called I was interested in the process, but scared of giving her up, as soon as we called I felt completely comfortable with it and knew she would be in good hands. When we got her back everything was packaged up very nice and the normal urn it came with was beautiful and perfect for her. Times like these are terrible but they helped make it better.
Joyce is heaven sent. She helped us a few years ago when both our boys passed within four months of each other. Now she is taking care of my childhood friend, Zeus. My husband and myself are both funeral directors and could never think of going anywhere else. She affords the care and attention to detail you won't see at your vet's crematory. I can rest soundly and grieve better knowing my loved ones are being handled the way the way they deserve, with dignity and respect.
