Our dog delivered puppies, and one of the puppies umbilical cord was bleeding out. I could not tie it off, I called animal emergency clinic and we rushed the puppy right over. They took the puppy immediately, tied off the umbilical cord within 3 seconds, and did not charge us a penny. We are very grateful, and love the fact that they cared.
Sunday morning I brought my (12 year) old cat with an open wound abscess on the side of her face. Derek at the front desk, provided all information and further accommodations necessary for my cats treatment which end up requiring surgery. Dr. Michael was kind, professional and responsive for the unplanned procedure. Mostly, I thank you for your professionalism and accommodations provided under circumstances. I highly recommend their service.

I recently brought my senior cat with a broken tooth to this wonderful clinic and within 1 hour Dr. Derek & the team took such good care of the little furry guy ! I’m so grateful ! Best clinic in town !
