Bery god people!!
I’ve been coming here for years. They are the most compassionate and reasonable staff I have ever met. If I had to move I would still drive just to see them. I would never go anywhere else. They care about your pet as if they were their own. You can tell money is not their focus, they really take care of you.
The positive reviews about Quad, is definitely the full truth! I decided to bring my baby here to get checked out, as any concerned pet parent would be about their fur child. The front desk staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome to the clinic as a first time pet customer. Mr. Douglas, was really straightforward with his answers to me, whatever questions and concerns I had, he made sure to answer them with full straight to the point answers. Which I liked about him, he didn't beat around with his answers. He wasn't trying to sale me anything extra. He's completely truthful and understanding to my needs for my baby. He listens to you and that's very important in my book. I'll recommend this place to anyone that wants the best for their fur child(s).
Love this place! Kind people took in my cat with a hurt paw yesterday even though I hadn't been there before & had no appointment. Reasonable wait, very calm, competent staff & no fee padding! Not cheap- no good Veterinary Service is, these days- but reasonable! We just got a new Vet. ud83dude00 free parking, wheelchair accessible though the front door is not automatic, they would open it for you if needed.
Best doctor around the area for my kitty baby! Mr. Mindland is honest and caring.
