At the most difficult time I have ever had, Bill & his staff at monarch really made me feel better. The inside of the building is downright gorgeous. It is so light modern and fresh, unlike a lot of other funeral homes I have been too in the past. You can really make the service of your loved one as customized as you could imagine. Big LED screens everywhere for slideshows and photos, LED lights throughout every room. Beautiful decor. Other than just the building that blew my mind, so did Bill and his staff. Honestly they are so kind and good hearted, genuine people and really just want too help you get through your loss and difficult time as easily as possible. We had a open casket and Bill took his time too prepare my passed SO on more than one occasion for me too spend the last of the time I had left with him. Not just that but he nailed every request we had, and was very accommodating too us.nEveryone who has lost a loved one, should go too Monarch. Monarch made us feel warm and welcomed from the moment Karen opened the door ... My husband , Brother in law and I walked in without having a clue as to what to expect , but Karen was patient with us , she explained everything to us , and made it easy for us to choose Monarch for my Father in Laws viewing and cremation. Not only Us , but everyone that walked in complimented the venue, from the entrance to the bathroom it was truly beautiful . The Day of the viewing everyone was so hands on and helpful, we even joked that the kids had their own personal sitter. I have been to a lot of wakes and funerals and NEVER have I ever seen the person look just like themselves , my Father in law looked like he was sleeping , so peaceful he even looked like he had a slight smile .. we really cannot describe the peace that we felt when we seen him and Karen and her team did that for Us and our family . I can’t say enough positive things about Monarch! During such a difficult time I was able to find comfort in being able to trust Bill and his team to make sure everything was handled correctly and timely and that I’d be able to honor my father with a beautiful memorial. Bill ensured I was guided through the whole process and was treated like family. The entire staff is very attentive, detail oriented and always maintained a sensitive and professional demeanor.nAdditionally, the venue is absolutely gorgeous! The tone and decor is fitting for a true celebration of life. My guests and I were impressed with everything from start to finish. I’m so grateful I found Monarch to help with and host this important and memorable life event.

Monarch Funeral Home truly gave the best memorial service for my grandfather. From the welcoming staff to the horses racing around the track, every detail was carefully chosen to honor my family. Everyone was amazed by how beautiful and comforting the facility was. After the service we enjoyed food and drinks in the banquet room. Thank you Bill, Patrick, and Karen for everything!

The service here was exceptional and so well conducted . I could not be more thankful with Bill (the Owner) and his staff . He kept us updated at all times, we had direct contact with him and were able to clear any questions we had at any time we had them . Being 11pm he was available . He performed two separate services with different petition in the same day for our loved one and he was able to execute it perfectly ,making both families with different wishes happy . The place is beautiful and peaceful! Priced right and better than every other funeral home in the area .
