Florida Aid To Animals

Such a wonderful, kind, caring staff! My Daphne was spayed a week ago. She’s doing so good! Even yesterday she was her usual self.nThank you so much to everyone that took such good care of my little girl ud83dude18

I appreciate the extra attention to my foster, as well as great advice to determine the extent of this dogs possible illness. They were great and pricing was affordable for sure. Drove a good 45min but so worth it.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up flea medication having no idea they close at 1. I arrived at 1:07 and noticed there was someone still in the lobby so I tried the door. I asked if they would please just real quick let me pick up some flea medication and the staff basically pulled the door shut in my face and told me absolutely not. They weren’t nice about it either. Obviously will not be bringing my dog here anymore after that experience. I’m sure they won’t care anyway.

Went in as my dog has multiple ailments that needed attention. The vet Shannon Roberson was unprofessional, rude, and very apathetic. She would not hear us out in our explanations of the issues we were having, but rather jump to the first thing that came to her mind after hearing the first symptom in our description. She was very short with us and left the room multiple times without explanation. The assistant was the complete opposite and helped us more than the vet. Shannon was not thorough in her physical evaluation and just generally seemed like she didn't want to be there. She would come back to the room acting like the visit was complete when we had more concerns that she had no intention of hearing. After waiting over an hour to be seen because we were waiting on test results which is understandable, the interaction with Shannon was a broken up 10 mins at best. This all ended as the Vet just left the building without hearing our concerns and completing the visit. Looking at the the time it was noon and I can only imagine that part of the reason for her leaving the building, being short and apathetic were because she valued a lunch break over all else. I can't say this business is terrible as a whole as the assistant was great, but I would strongly advise when going to Florida Aid To Animals; having your animals seen by a Vet other than Shannon Roberson.

Their staff was so sweet! While Emmit and I waited for our apt we heard laughter and joking from their lunchroom. It was darling. The staff is very kind.
