Update:nActually I emailed them about this issue. In less than an hour they contacted me and made it right (that's really impressive). I'm changing my rating from 1 start to 4 starts. Not 5 starts though, because I'm still disappointed about not having healthy mulberries.nUnder these circumstances I do believe that they are legit and I would still consider buying from them.nn06/04/18nI ordered 2 mulberry trees. Both came infected with fungus out of the box. I'm very disappointed. Now if I try to return it, they won't refund my shipping either. My main frustration is that I want white mulberry trees. I don't even want my money back, I want healthy white mulberry trees. I don't know why they didn't inspect the trees before shipment. They could have called or emailed saying they are infected. They could have given me the option to cancel my order or wait until they get healthy ones. I won't ever buy anything from this company. I have zero trust in them at this point.

Don’t buy anything things from this website, I bought a ginkgo Biloba tree [Order #KN1000125] (April 3, 2019) today is Abril 19 and I never receive my tree . By the way! I live in Florida too .
