We have exotic pets and this is the only place that truly treats them like pets.... Very affordable, very caring and awesome... They didn't flinch at all about the fact we took our turtle to be seen... Extraordinary place that loves truly ALL animals
I was moving from central Florida to Indiana and my 17 1/2 year old dog started having some issues while traveling. I called to see if they could see him and they took him as soon as I got there. They only did what was necessary to figure out what was wrong. They informed me of charges before hand and told me how he was doing often. You can tell that they really enjoy what they do and truly care about your animal. If you live in the area I would definitely recommend taking your animals/family members here. They saved my boy's life and I can't thank them enough!! Amazing people!!
We had an emergency situation with our Boston Terrier, and called Micanopy Animal Hospital at the last minute when as it happened, they were extremely busy working on another emergency. They were so gracious and had us come in immediately, as we had explained our little girl was in pain and suffering. Dr. Molly Pearson could not have been more professional, caring and compassionate as she tended to our pet. As we had opted to wait in our vehicle, a lovely young lady brought water out to us and explained what was happening. Such comfort and warmth was shown to us that I felt compelled to write this lengthy review. Customer service means a lot. I took my dog in for an appointment yesterday and there was some confusion regarding services. I posted a review. I am glad to see they really care about their customers and want to make things right. The lead Veterinary Doctor called me yesterday (same day) and everything was resolved. It’s refreshing to see this kind of customer service. Yes, I was frustrated, but we are all human and make mistakes. The important thing is they proved to me they care about my dogs and the satisfaction of their customers. Thanks.
