I needed a last-minute order for flowers. I called the evening right before they closed and when every other florist said they could not deliver the next morning the person at New Berlin said they would be happy to help! They took my order and delivered it on time the next morning! It was beautiful too! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
5 star review easily but if I could provide a 10 star I would as the team at New Berlin Florist deserves it! Their customer service is impeccable! I recommend them HIGHLY! They sent a text message when the delivery was made to the funeral home (hours before the service, excellent) and an image of the floral arrangement. Looks exactly how it is depicted on their website. Thank you again for your amazing customer service.
I live in Arkansas, called New Berlin Florist after 2 pm, they delivered this gorgeous arrangement the same day to my sister recovering from surgery. My sister loved them and received many compliments on Facebook about this arrangement! Price reasonable, friendly staff, prompt service, thank you!
