We ordered mothers day flowers for delivery to a memory care facility which was locked down for visits due to covid. The delivery was made without problems. The flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Prices are good, staff very friendly. Went above and beyond to get me the right arrangement that I needed. Highly recommend this shop

I ordered flowers on Friday night for my friend that was having surgery at the hospital in Elkhorn the next morning. I live in the twin cities and don't know the Elkhorn area. I found this business on a Google search and decided to use them as their website states they could deliver the flowers the next day. On Sunday I spoke to my friend and he said he had never received the flowers I sent. I spoke to several people at the hospital to try and figure out what happened to the flowers and they had no record that they were ever delivered there. They did mention that maybe the flowers had accidentally been delivered to the facility across the street. I was finally able to reach someone at the facility across the street on Monday morning and they confirmed that the flowers had been delivered there and were at the front desk since they knew that person was not at that location. Jodi's was not open Monday so I was able to contact her today to tell her that my friend never received his flowers. I said that I went back on her website and when I choose Hospital and start typing the name of the hospital the only option in Elkhorn, WI is Lakeland Medical Center, which I assumed was correct being that it was the only choice under the hospital option in Elkhorn, WI. I did put in the phone number myself and I wrote a note asking to double check that the room number was correct. Had they checked the room number matched his name they would have discovered it was the wrong place. Jodi said they can't do everything people always want them to do, so I guess making sure the items are delivered to the right person isn't something they can do. I was upset that my flowers didn't get to my friend in the hospital and I was even more upset that she then started blaming me for not double checking the address that their website auto-fills. This was an all-around horrible experience and I will NEVER use their services again.

My sister sent this beautiful Margarita gift for our 36th wedding anniversary. She said the employee who who she talked to was very helpful and accommodating. It included the makings for the drinks, glasses, coasters and a beautiful ceramic bird. And it was delivered for free!

I ordered over the phone two bouquets for a family funeral at the last minute: 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday. The funeral was Friday afternoon. Great Service! Beautiful bouquets. I was VERY pleased with the quality, size and beauty of the bouquets relative to what I paid. Thank you!
