The wait is kind of long, but overall this place is great! They helped picking my dog up after a seizure, and now they're running some blood tests on him. If you live in the area, this is a good place to help your pet.
Staff is wonderful. However, I will not go there anymore. If you have money to blow, this vet is for you. i think its after 3 months if you haven't been there they charge you a 30-40$ wellness check. Which is litrally just them looking at your pet and weighing them. They never said anything about this charge until I recieved the bill, which they make you pay right then and there. Like most people we only go to the vet when our babies are sick. Honestly I would feel different about it if they were a mom and pop vet that needed to do things like that to stay afloat but that is not the case. They are expensive in the first place.... So to add that on is absurd. They dont need the money, they are just screwing us average people. In conclusion, if you have money to blow, they are friendly and great with the animals but they are ripping. people off and they dont care
My Family has been a client for years yet this animal hospital is still more interested in their money than the care of animals. Seems to be true with other reviews also. NO more of our business for this animal hospital!nNO follow up phone calls from the Veterinarian or staff after our dog had surgery that did not go well. NO emergency hours. NO professionalism as the Vets hurry along clients to get to the next client, shortchanging the health and well being of your family pet. I am not sure all tests got done but was charged.nWaiting for long periods of time in a parking lot during a pandemic to get medicine and then not receiving the correct medicine.nCall the office and most staff are abruptly rude and then I am put on hold for a long period of time.nI would NOT recommend this animal hospital.
Love Dr scott!!! He always calls me back regarding my concerns no matter what time! I moved to Wisconsin 17 years ago! My one and only vet for my loved ❤ furry family members!
Been going here with my 5 pets for 6 years. Always caring and compassionate, they take time to answer all questions. Do very well calming my nervous dog. I feel my animals are loved here.
