I was impressed that the vet phoned me (the staff comes to your car to pick up your pet, due to Covid restrictions) to discuss my dog's procedure before she was about to start and to explain and address any concerns I might have. I was called after the procedure regarding the situation and scheduled a time to pick him up. A thorough explanation for after care was provided. A follow up call was made to me the morning after to see how he was doing. My dog's care was exceptional.
Excellent staff very friendly moved here from lower Michigan was looking for a vet was referred to them they made me feel very confident from first visit and reminded me of my old vet im very picky about where I take my dogs and they made it very comfortable and trusty love this place
Our little one was just not up to par. We called for an appointment and got in the next day. Social distancing and contactless service procedures were in effect and easy to deal with. Cheree went in right on time and initial examination was quick and thorough. They found a ripped toenail that we hadn’t seen and eliminated other worries we had. I will not hesitate to bring her back again.
Recently lost my precious old beagle. She was perfect until her last breath. Once she passed they took care of her with compassion and heart. Can't imagine how hard it is to see others pain every day and they do...with professionalism.
