Ordered a surprise arrangement for my mother for Mothers Day on Friday paid extra for delivery on Saturday. Delivery was postponed to Monday which was then being delivered to the wrong address (3rd parties fault). An arrangement was made with the 3rd party company to pick up flowers from the shop on Tuesday rather than deliver them, an offer this florist put out(despite the fact I paid for delivery) and when my mother called to get the address to pick up tomorrow (Tuesday) a very unprofessional ill mannered woman told my mother that she had canceled her arrangement. Ive been patient thus far, now I am just angry.
