I used to take my cats and dog here. I have called probably 10 times over the past 2 months and they have not answered. I would love to go back but I can’t get an appointment. Answer your phones or leave an option to call people back! I’ll be going somewhere else.

We have always had the best of care at NOAH! All the Veterinarians are kind and professional but Dr Palmer is our favorite. Even with the COVID they try to carefully care for our pets. This past week we had to put our 13 year old Golden Retriever down and Dr Palmer was so kind and allowed us all the time we needed to be with him and grieve. She even sent us a hand written note later in the week and NOAH made a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation in memory of our dog. They just go the extra mile.

They really take care of your animal and they don't price gouge you. They are not the cheapest animal hospital in Ogden (very reasonablely price though) and it can sometimes be hard to get an appointment, but they really take a look at your pet to see what is wrong. they have always diagnosed my pet correctly, and they don't do unnecessary extra work to try and charge you extra. Took my pet here for a dental cleaning, and they gave me a custom estimate based on what they could see in my dog's mouth (estimate was around $1200, which was about the same price as other estimates I received). When I dropped my 14 yr old Pug off for the procedure (higher risk because of breed and age), they gave me several options on how to deal with cost if they needed to do extra work (above estimate). Options were something like, don't do extra work, call me to approve extra work, or just do what you need to do. I chose the do what you need to do. When they called me after the procedure was finished (he did great, the little cutie) they told me that my pup's teeth were surprisingly great under the plaque, and I only ended up paying around $420 for the entire procedure! A shady clinic could have done whatever they wanted and charged me that $1200, but that's never something I've never had to worry about at NOAH. If you want an animal hospital you can trust your pet to, come here. We also brought our other dog here when he was ready to pass, and they were very compassionate and kind during that very emotional time.

Our Golden Retriever, Gunny, was a patient at NOAH for thirteen years, from his first well-puppy visit until yesterday when Dr. Evans ended his suffering from lymphoma. For all that time, the doctors and staff at NOAH treated Gunny and us with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I can't say enough good things about these wonderful people.

Highly recommend this place. The staff has always been amazing and caring towards the pets and pet owners. Even through phone calls, they are willing to help. Love all the vet techs and vets!
