I really love this place. The staff are very kind & knowledgeable. The veterinarian that I have met is amazing! She's the best with pets (sadly this isn't always a given at some vet's). She also listens to questions & concerns and gives great answers & advice. I'll never take my pets any place else!
We love Brookside. Dr. Henderson and Dr. Jensen have always been wonderful with our cats and dog.
I have gone here for years. Always been impressed, but I don't know what has happened with them recently. I've had multiple dog emergencies and they won't see me for weeks. My dog wasn't breathing normally and they said they could see her in 2 weeks. I ended up driving far down to the ER vet and her heart was failing. My other dog ended up with bronchitis and her throat almost closed, and they wouldn't see her for a week. And finally my 3rd dog ended up with parasites making her bleed when she went to the bathroom and they wouldn't see her for a week. So, I'm honestly so disappointed and I really loved my veterinarian here, but the ladies at the front desk are not helpful. I believe I'll be finding a new place.
Hands down the BEST vet in Weber County! These vets care about the animals they serve and it shows. Other "vets" will try to upsell you or only tell you parts of the information, not the case with Brookside. We have been taking animals there for over fifteen years. They do not try to make you take a second mortgage for your pet. Bottom line... they care about the pets AND their owners. Thank you Brookside!
Been going there for YEARS. Has always been a 5 star rating until today. Dr was very nice. Staff that came to get my dog from car was nice. Staff that brought my dog back to my car, not so nice. I was very fired up when I left, but not because of the Drs. They should be more selective with who they hire as staff. First staff member gladly took dog from my passenger side. I have a bad elbow and couldn't lift him through window. Second staff member made it very clear she would not touch my car so proceeded to shove dog through drivers side window which has now resulted in me straining my elbow again because I had to catch him.
