Our first experience (but definitely not our last) was today when our senior dog needed end of life care. The care and compassion by the vet and vet tech were so appreciated. They gave me the information and time I needed to say good bye to our little guy. Really great experience considering how challenging it is to lose a pet.
They were so wonderful. The dog owner lives in a Women's Shelter for Domestic Violence. Her little dog was her baby. The compassion and respect the clinic showed made a sad day bearable.
Appreciated their flexibility and adaptability to seeing us as new customers, in an urgent situation. They were kind, friendly and knowledgeable and our dog was on the mend quickly! I also appreciated the collaboration with the vet regarding the treatment options, thank you!
They were able to get our dog in to be seen the same day we called. Extremely caring and kept in great contact over the week while our dog was in there care. Thank you!!
