I was very disappointed with my experience. The first phone call was GREAT! The lady I spoke with was super excited to do my fall wedding bouquet. She had all sorts of ideas of flowers and designs etc. She said she would email a quote and some pictures. That was the last time I had contact from her. Over the next several weeks I called and left several voicemails with no response. Mind you, my wedding was a few weeks away when I first spoke with her. After realizing she wasnt going to respond, I went to Bonnie’s florist in Hayward. I highly recommend them! They got me a gorgeous bouquet on under a weeks notice.
