This is the second time we tried this florist. The first time we ordered the deluxe flowers and they looked more like the standard or less. We called and they gave us some money back. Thought we’d try again. Ordered the deluxe fall arrangement in a clay pot for delivery on Tuesday. Flowers were not delivered. Received no phone call or email. Called Wednesday. Got excuses. Said they would get the flowers delivered. Again gave us money back.Wish I could attach the photos of what we ordered and what was delivered. Just awful. Looks like we got the discount flowers not something comparable to what we ordered. Will never order from them again.
Recently went looking for a floral arrangement for my wife's birthday. Stopped at the other florist in Reedsburg around 3pm, but their door was locked with a note saying they were on deliveries. While I was waiting to pull away from the curb two other people walked up to the locked door but had to walk away. I went to Country Charm. I've never been there before. They had several fresh arrangements in the cooler and I was able to find one that was very nice and reasonably priced. That was over a week ago and the flowers still look great. The woman who helped me was fantastic. Awesome customer service! I would use them again. It was nice to shop local.
Ordered premium level for my wife's birthday and got standard. Will find another place for flowers.
I ordered flowers for my mother and they were very poor. Looked like they were old and from the bottom of the pile. It looked nothing like I ordered and very expensive. I won’t buy from them again!
The employees are very helpful. They also have home decorations as well as flowers. Over the last year I have noticed they even change their inventory with the seasons and holiday events as well. If you need to order something specific they can help you with that as well.
