I would like to thank everyone at Hill Dale for their kindness to me & my buddy Murphy which had to be put down. It was a hard thing to do but it was best for him. They were so caring, considerate and friendly. They even sent me a card about Murphy. That was so nice . I will recommend this place to everyone . Thanks again.
We had to put our old man dog down. Everyone at Hilldale was compassionate and caring. They were kind and allowed us all the time we needed to a goodbye to our furry family friend. Thanks to the staff there for making this transition peaceful, compassionate, professional and efficient. Highly recommend them!
Love Dr. Mike & all the staff. They have been taking care of my all my fur babies for the last few years. They were so wonderful when I had to have two of my babies cross the rainbow Bridge at different times last year. They sent cards & there are trees planted in the National Forest in memory for each of my boys. I feel so blessed to have found them.
Great, caring service. I feel like my cat really mattered to them. They listened well and had clearly reviewed the file we transferred from our previous vet. They were recommended by everyone with pets in my office, and I understand why.
We’ve been taking our German Shepherd to Hill-Dale since the week we brought her home, and they’ve always been amazing! She’s our “baby”, and anytime we’ve had a question or needed advice, they’re so quick to help with an email, call, or to schedule us in. She’s developed a little bit of a fear around the vet as she’s grown up, but they’re so patient and understanding, and allow her to come in for “happy visits” (pre-Covid) for treats and to make the vet a positive experience. We trust them 100% and couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided for annual visits, her spay surgery, or any questions we’ve ever had!
