I was really pleased with my experience at this business. I did not go into the floral shop, as I was looking exclusively for their greenhouse plants.nI found the plants to be healthy, seemingly well taken care of, priced fairly - though on the higher end, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable.nSince we are in the time of CV19, all employees were masked - and clearly knew the proper way to wear them.nI, myself, have a medical exemption... so I was not masked. I was treated fairly and with respect, not questioned, and received a very adequate amount of help and attention from each employee I encountered.nI'm very satisfied with my shopping experience.
I recently ordered flowers for a memorial service for my aunt from Rose Floral. Beautiful flowers were sent but they were the most morbid looking muted colors and I was sorely disappointed. They just reflected sadness. I called to let them know how I felt and they immediately set up another delivery. The new arrangement was lighter and colorful and happier. More fitting of my Aunt. I rated a 4 because of the first choice of flowers that they sent but I would rate them a 5 on how they handled it. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
Love going any time. Today I went with a question about a tomato in my garden. As long as we were there, my mother and I had great fun exploring the wide variety of succulents and cacti. I bought a lemon balm for my herb garden, a couple of tiny succulents about to bloom, and a purple passion plant for Mom.
Hidden gem! I was so happy after making the drive from the cities last weekend. Fantastic variety of houseplants, and the prices are so reasonable. I’d love to see more Hoyas, but the ones I bought are thriving. Staff were so nice, and they allow well behaved dogs (which is a huge plus to me and my pup). I messaged them before hand to see if it would be okay to bring my dog, and they messaged back right away that they couldn’t wait to meet her. I can’t wait to get back out to Stillwater!
Please find someone to drive your floral van who didn't get their drivers license from a cereal box; I was nearly ran off the road by one of your company vehicles on the highway. I missed my exit due to the abrupy evasive maneuvers I had to make in order to avoid them. So scary (and in a company-advertised vehicle no-less?)nnI'll never come to your place of business if your staff think its acceptable to behave this way.nnMaybe think about not advertising your business via your vehicle if youre going to drive recklessly.
