We have taken all of our pets here for both vet services and grooming. The groomer here is lovely, and the only one who’s been nice to our massive Newfoundland - who loves going to see her :) all around this clinic has some of the best staff, and they have always been there to care for our pets even in the middle of the night. Highly recommend!!
I have used Countryside for many years as a licensed breeder. They get to know their customers and pets by name. I have found them to have reasonable prices for their services. They communicate well and they have a staff that is full of charm and empathy. They also have one of the only 24/7 Emergency services near our area! It's great to know that when I have an emergency I can call the Doctor on duty and know who I am speaking with and they know me so that I can get my dogs the care they need when time is of the essence.
Countryside Vet Clinic was so wonderful and caring with my Boxer. I had no where to go on Saturday Oct 3rd to take my dog. I called the emergency number for Countryside Vet and they were able to take my dog in immediately. I don't even go to this clinic and they were so incredible with my dog. Thanks Dr. Johnson for everything. Your amazing and saved my dog from her illness.
We’ve had our cat go to this place the past 16 years. It really depends on which doctor you see as to how forthcoming they are about their costs and the reality of taking care of your pet. Our last few experiences here have been bad. They have failed to be up front about the reality of where our pet at is at and care and life. Things have also gotten quite expensive, and we are not rich. It looks like we are going to have to say goodbye to our cat much sooner than we had wanted to, mostly because of the care received here not being upfront about what treatment he should have received for his stage in life when an illness was added to his kidney disease. I much preferred the care we had in the past with the other doctors.
WOW! I don't know where to start. Our Golden Retriever had an accident jumping out of our boat on Bone Lake and I was able to get a hold of Dr. Keller through the emergency number. The quality of care and thorough care instructions after the surgery were far superior to anything we have seen. We are going to Dr. Keller from now on, even though we live in Minneapolis!
