The doc is very nice and takes great care in explaining everything in a manner that a common person can understand.
Very caring and kind when I had to put my 17yr old baby to rest. The rest of my pets will be going there.
The staff genuinely seems to care about your pets. They thoroughly explain things in easy to understand terms. They are decently priced. Only downfall is that since COVID-19 has come along and you are no longer aloud to go into the clinic, its more difficult to communicate with the vet and they are busier than normal. For instance, I took my poodle in because of symptoms of heart disease but I also needed him vaccinated for rabies and put on flea/tick prevent preventative. I emailed all this to the clinic when I made my appointment and reminded them twice while at my appointment. After telling them 3 times I expected it was taken care of till I examined the bill and found out that it was not. Now it's going to cost me another vet visit to get taken care of what should have been taken care of the first time around. BUT, this was the only time I ever had any issues with them.
I recently brought my cat in expecting the worst. He had chewed up a baby pacifier and had been puking multiple times for 3 days. The kind Dr. examined him and asked that we wait another day or two. Am I glad I did! Vince is back and healthy as ever! Thank You to the staff at LVC!
They take very good care of your animals. Highly recommend.
