I patronized this vet for 10 years before moving to Fort. I loved Drs. Angie and Mike, and the ability to pay larger bills over time, but the deciding factor for me was the office staff. One in particular was always rude and crabby. The docs receive 5 stars and the petite brunette at the counter receives 0 stars. I probably would have never sought out a new vet had it not been for her. To me and many others who have the CHOICE of where to take our business, customer service and a company's point of first contact do matter. I truly hope that lady who seems to hate people and her job is no longer employed there, but based on other negative reviews it sounds like she still is.
I have been going there for over 20 years, the best veterinarian service you could ever have.
I have been bringing my pets here for years, they are all wonderful!!
I thought this would be my new vet clinic, but they really dropped the ball. They badly misdiagnosed my boy, billed a small fortune, and the problems the appointment was scheduled for in the first place had to be addressed by someone else. Won't be going back.
This is just the best bet clinic. They really care so much.
