Beyond expectations! It was everything I wanted from exotic flowers to succulents. The bridesmaid flowers matched so well too. It was nice to meet with them and see it come to life. Beyond thankful, definitely getting them framed to remember my special day.
I needed to order a plant for a business associate and a VIP. He resides in the area. First phone call I made was to Floral Expressions and I spoke with Jeff. From the first moment I heard his pleasant voice, I was instantly assured I had made the right phone call! It was the fastest, simplest, most thorough transaction. Website -- everything!! I needed to call them again this morning and I spoke with two very nice girls and everyone speaks slowly and distinctly. 1st class service all the way. I hope I get the opportunity to work with them again!!
A great shop with many unique gifts for the home decorator, excellent floral designs, and a very friendly and helpful staff.
Flowers were beautiful. Beyond that I wasn’t impressed with the phone call to my fiancé stating their name and asking if she was home there went any surprise. Also put order in at 730am and flowers got here at 430pm after I’ve already been home for a few hours. I was giving the benefit of the doubt that they may have been busy so I wasn’t going to contact them.
I have used them many times from - Last minute needs to planned surprises - I always called them from on the road, hotel or airport - today was the first time actually going in to the shop - unbelievable service as always - my girl has ALWAYS enjoyed the flowers during her treatments thank you team - one of the best in the country
