I bring a bouquet of these home every few weeks. They never fail to impress my lovely wife!nn- I am employed as a driver by this business. I still buy their products, though.

They are family owned and are very precious people. They go out of their way for their customers. They make you feel like family.

Very disappointed!!! Ordered very specific flowers.. purple Rose's, white stargazer purple status, white monte cassino pink spray Rose's. N NO baby's breath! I said I want these flowers if any problem please call!!! N absolutely nothing Christmas n breathtaking! No call n this is what they sent! Then when I called- designer said she worried all week. Well pick up phone n call the person that placed the order. Cause the girl that took order told you they were suggestions! Not!!! Then the owner tried yelling at me saying there is no such thing as a true purple rose! N that these at the top are purple??? Try again there are beautiful natural purple/lavender roses. Not to mention this is no where close to the value! Please use caution n go somewhere else! I will never use this florist again!nnTo answer the owners comments!! I did NOT berate any designer!!! I was not on phone w her for 15 minutes have record it was 8 minutes n she said she was worried for a week prior to order!!! (I ordered almost 3wks prior so they could order these if need). She was told not Christmassy was the only request. Which was not at all what I requested! N NO I was NOT told you would not have any of the flowers I requested!!!!!! The girl said oh yeah we will have this cause we carry all the time! N I was very specific when I said if you cant please call me!!!!!! For your information since you want to tell me you didnt use Babys breath well white Limoniium is a substitute for it and on the same lines. Which I also told the girl I hated any form of babys breath! N then when your designer had you call me, you kept raising your voice w me to get your point across about this variety of rose that you use! Great customer service! So yes refund my money! N if you dont want to believe me ask the 3 ppl that were sitting in my kitchen listening to you get nasty w me! N they were more shocked then anything! I never in 8 yrs of working in a florist ever treated a customer this way nor did the owner of 35yrs.nYes the arrangement is got a great variety of non Christmas flowers n colors but heres the point NOT AT ALL WHAT I REQUESTED AND WANTED!nnStill waiting for refund.....
