Our family needed to find a place to put our sweet 16-year old Ebony to sleep. Dr. Wynn Palmer was compassionate, patient, and so tender with our girl throughout the entire process. We are all so grateful for his understanding of our suffering as we took this very difficult step, and for his willingness to give us the time we needed with our dog to say our final good byes. I would highly recommend him.
I took my dog in for annual vaccinations today. These appointments usually make both of us nervous. Dr. Palmer was very friendly and seemed willing to answer any questions I had and even took time to ask about me and my children and how we are doing. The appointment didn't feel rushed and he took time to make sure all of my questions were answered.
I had recently moved to the area and found this vet clinic near my new residence. The first vet to see my dog was nice, but she seemed almost robotic or too clinical. I'm sure she loves animals, but the feeling didn't come across during the visit. I decided to give the clinic a second chance and could not be happier.
Dr. Wynn Palmer is easily the most compassionate vet I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Between his compassion and his obvious knowledge, I can honestly say I feel confident in the care my dog receives being the best and most comprehensive available. I have happily brought my puppers in to see him ever since.
Thank you, Dr. Wynn, for showing that it isn't all about the money, but instead, about the health and well being of our beloved animal friends.
Dr. Palmer was the Vet who came to our house to put our Rottweiler Dodge down. Having this service is one of the best things a Vet clinic can have. This was one of the hardest decisions my husband and I have ever had to make. Having Dr Palmer come to our house made it comforting knowing our fur baby would pass in the comfort of our own home. Dr Palmer was very personable and showed that he cared and understood the heartache. He gave us some beautiful flowers and yummy chocolates too. Thank you Dr Plamer for everything.
We've gone through several vets before finding someone who we really trusted. Wynn is caring, patient, and thorough always great at communicating with us about what is the best course of care for our pets. Great friendly staff as well!
