We are visiting from out of town and needed to get our dog some shots to get him boarded and groomed. Northside was able to squeeze us in and they were beyond friendly, quick and efficient! They were so great we decided to get our dogs teeth cleaned here vs back in AZ where we are currently stationed.
LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!! The ENTIRE Staff are amazing people. I have taken all of my pets here (large horses to dogs, cats & everything in between) they are always willing to give you help/ advice/ guidence whether over the phone (if able) to in office or "barn call". You will truly be hard-pressed to find a more compassionate and remarkable team of people who are not afraid to tell the owners of said animals " you're doing awesome" to "lets try doing something different" (be owner or animal). They genuinely care about both the animals well being and the owners ability to care for them in the best way possible for each circumstance.
Got the cat Spayed, didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Dropped her off, returned her to me same afternoon. Looks awesome. Did the laser to help heal. Recommend.
Dr Moss is fantastic and really puts our horse at ease when being examined. He is very knowledgeable, too.
Our only complaint is that his staff never returns calls, even though that's what their recording says they'll do. The staff always seems less friendly than other Vets offices, as well.
We love Dr. Moss he always goes above and beyond to take good care of our horses.
