We have brought both our kitties to Magnolia for a few years now and love both vets. The compassion they showed when we had to put one of our kitties down was so appreciated. We highly recommend bringing your pets here.
Dr. Melissa is just wonderful! We had to say goodbye to our Zoe after 23 years and Dr. Melissa was so very kind and explained everything which put me at ease. She allowed me time to say goodbye and was so very kind. She sent me a personally written card with her paw prints that I framed with her picture. They also planted a tree in her memory. Every single person there is so very nice! If I could rate more stars, I would!!! Thank you for what you do and how you do it!!!
We just moved to the area in August. We brought a farm kitty in to our home. He was definitely under the weather (breathing issues etc). We knew he needed the basic kitten care at a minimum. So after learning of Magnolia Springs on a Mount Pleasant Facebook page we made an appointment and brought the little guy in to see Dr. McCoy. It was very good experience and she did a wonderful job of explaining everything as well of the total price for the visit. He's feeling better already. We will be bringing our girls (pups) in to see Dr. McCoy as well.
I'm very glad I chose to bring my dogs to this office. They seem to be well run and efficient. Even with the added precautions (due to covid), like the curbside service, the appointments did not take a long time. The prices were fair and do not seem inflated. My dogs were a little uncertain of the curbside process, but I was able to walk my nervous girl to the door myself, and overall it worked out just fine. The vet I spoke to was very thorough and even gave me some good suggestions for some issues one of my girls has. I'm definitely bringing my dogs here for any future needs.
Everyone here is so nice. They are so nice, it might be verging on too nice. It’s like, how nice can you be really? I’m questioning whether or not I am that nice of a person just because you are so nice! What’s the big idea anyway?! Seriously though, they’re great.
