Having geriatric dogs, I was very nervous about boarding them as they had only been boarded once when they were puppies. Terri at Angelcare was wonderful to deal with and made me feel very comfortable about having to board them. I would highly recommend the loving compassionate staff.
Their service is second to none. My dog actually gets excited when we pull into Anglecare's driveway. She loves the staff because they treat her so well.
We made reservations to board our bird for 1 week. I talked to them on Friday and they said we were set to drop off the bird on Saturday at around 8:30. We got there at that time and the place was closed. We called and left several messages and no one ever called us back. They knew we we leaving on Saturday and that we were dropping off the bird then. They told me on the phone that was fine. I had talked to them that Friday so there should have been no problem. We were left hanging and they still never returned our phone call. We were lucky enough to find a neighbor to come in and check on our bird or we would have had to miss our flight and our vacation. This should have been a simple procedure however the people who I talked to on the phone were either total morons or just tried to play me for a fool. I would not trust this place with any of my pets. It is really sad that they can not even follow what their people said.
took great care of my dad's dog a couple years back!
My girls go see Terri every 2 weeks. My 15 yr old shih tzu is not tolerant at all for the groomers due to so many bad experiences and my 6yr old Chihuahua doesn't go to most people without getting them know she's a big dog stuck in a little dog body but Terri is patient with them and we don't have issues. Great place to take your furbabies.
