The best veterinarians in Racine. Compassionate, highly skilled and dedicated. They take the time to explain options, aren't pushy, and are always respectful of your decisions. Excellent communication. Quick responses. Staff are fantastic. Top notch social distancing and safety standards in place.
Simply wonderful! After rather unhappily trying numerous veterinary clinics around Racine and even further away, a friend recommended RVH to me. We have now seen Dr. Jens for years & he is great! Excellent care. He explains everything, offers choices, and personally follows up to ensure that you and pets are doing ok. I could not be more impressed. By far, the most reasonably priced and highest quality care that I have found... and I have looked around quite a bit. We own dogs & cats. When I recently had to send our cat to heaven, I received a sympathy card -- which is very kind. But - several days later - I also received another card telling me about a charitable contribution that had been made in recognition of Octavious. Very, very touching. I absolutely trust Dr. Jens. I have heard the other Drs. are also great. IDK, but I think Dr. Jens is fabulous.
The emergency care our Boston received was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. My only negative is that they didn't take appointments. First come, 1st served, so we had to wait awhile. Overall- worth it! (Maybe this policy will change in the future.)
The care and concern for our pets is always the dr.'s and staff's first concern. This means everything to us. The cost is high... that being said if you have a pet, you should aim for the best care, and we believe we've found it here. K
Extremely friendly employees and thoroughly infomative. We were running a little late and they were very accommodating to our predicament and adjusted accordingly. Definitely going to continue using them for my pets livelihood and health services. Highly recommended.
