I cannot stress enough- GO ELSEWHERE. In your grief- GO ELSEWHERE.nnThe service itself was fine. The experience past that has been nothing but a nightmare.nnFirst, when we attempted to set up an initial payment plan they had our account written out on the pack of a sheet of computer paper.nnSecond, our family had attempted to make payments on our mothers funeral on several occasions over the phone only to be told numerous times that there wasn't anyone in the office who could take the payment and to call back.nnThird, we unfortunately had to attend a separate family funeral at this establishment. During this, my father was approached about the balance of my mothers funeral. When he told them there had been several attempts to call and make payments, he was told we always called at an inconvenient time for them.nnFourth, I set up a payment plan with them 7 months ago. I then receive a threatening email about litigation. I call and ask what happened with the payment plan and Noni immediately started in with an attitude. I was told they do not automatically take payments out and that I needed to call monthly. Fine, the person who set the plan up did not make mention of this. When I stated that I would call monthly to make the payments she continued to speak to me unprofessionally.nnLastly, I have been threated with litigation by this establishment although they have no signed paperwork from me. I was not the one to plan the funeral, so they are making baseless threats against an individual they have to case against. Please work on your business practices.

This is the second time I have used Strouf Funeral home. Again I am very happy with all that was done for our family. Rob and his staff are very compassionate and understanding.nDealing with them in person or on the phone,they were outstanding in helping our family get through this sad time.

Rob and Rose went out of there way to make the loss of our loved one easy as possible. They made sure her outfit, nails, hair, skin tone was perfect. They were very informative of the process and supportive through our loss. Thank you Rob and Rose

A very excellent funeral home, handled my brothers funeral and they worked with me, took a lot of worry off my mind during my overwhelming grief, if i could i would give them a 10 star rating if not more, thank you so much for all your help, you did a great job handling Shanes service.
