Loved the atmosphere. Just beautiful. Very freindly people and helpful. Needs bigger advertisements on outside to display flora business.
Very nice and courteous service. She met me at back door for pick-up. Highly recommend. Beautiful arrangements! I just needed a box once and they were very sweet to sale me one last minute.
Order flowers and picked up the same day so it was very nice to be able to do that last minute however I order a $30 bouquet and it only has 2 roses and some small other flower. Seems way over priced to me.
I have ordered flowers from Personal Touch numerous times by phone . My parents prefer this florist because the flowers arrive fresh, last a long time, and are beautifully arranged. I have made specific flower or color requests in the past and these were always honored. My go-to florist in Racine/Mt. Pleasant.
I haven't seen the flowers I order yet but, Melissa who took my phone order was very helpful. Thank you!
