I've been doing business with them my whole life as a second generation customer. They have always been sympathetic and caring when I order for funerals along with being extremely helpful if I was unsure of what I wanted.nnThey had also made a custom guitar years ago for my brother's funeral. I had gone to Schmidt Music and they were kind enough to trace a Gibson Guitar on Styrofoam for me to bring in. It was a very lovely custom made standing Grave Spray they created out of all flowers. Their service is always extraordinary.
I ordered flowers for a very special person's funeral. The owner was wonderful, kind and reassuring. The flowers were beautiful, perfect. Thanks so much for your help.
Disappointing, I tried purchasing a flower for my wife, called the store as asked via the sign in front due to covid. The man inside, impatiently, told me I needed to call, I told him I had already called and he still gave me gruff; i had enough of their attitude and told them i would no longer be coming back. Disappointing because this store was one of the reasons why i come to downtown. Wasnt able to buy from them so ill be taking my buisness to Milagers.
5 STARS! I have always had great service from Millers Flowers in Racine. I place orders multiple times per year, including dozens of Poinsettias every December. Friendly people, beautiful floral arrangements, and on-time deliveries. (Note - I find the 1-star reviews that have the exact same message to be a bit suspect.)
BRAVO TO MILLER'S FLOWERS...and Darren! I just spoke with the Owner - Hillary to give a verbal review of the beautiful flower arrangement that we ordered for a friend's funeral service.
