On August 21, 2018 I hand delivered my wedding bouquet to the Owner at Memories Preserved. I also placed a down payment of $80 in cash for her to preserve my wedding flowers. I was given a verbal guesstimate of 6 months turn around time, and I was ok with that. In April of 2019, the Owner reached out to me for the next phase of the preservation. My flowers had just completed the freeze dry process and she needed me to select the frame, matting, etc. I also dropped off our Wedding Invitation for her to include in the frame. The Owner received a $200 check from my husband and I for this portion. She informed me that she would let me know when my frame would be in. I did not hear back from her until I reached out on August 6th of 2019 via Facebook Messenger. She said that my frame had come in but she had a few other people ahead of me. On August 24th, I sent her via Facebook Messenger an additional photo of my bouquet to help with her process to which she responded, “So beautiful.” I again waited a long time before reaching out to her via phone on May 21, 2020. When she answered the phone, she did not remember who I was, nor my flowers despite me describing them to her. I told her that I would forward the email she provided to me stating my $80 deposit, $200 check (she even included our check number in the email), frame/matting/invitation selections. She told me she was going into her shop later that day and would call me back. I forwarded her detailed email back to her. I have not heard from the Owner since that time. I’ve followed up with more emails, text, phone calls, more FaceBook Messages... my husband has also tried reaching out. But we have heard nothing from her. She has $280 from us and it has been over 2 years since dropping off my wedding bouquet for Memories Preserved to actually preserve. If she would at least communicate with us, we wouldn’t be so frustrated, but she has been extremely unprofessional this entire time. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau which was left unresolved as the company never responded. I just want our agreement to be fulfilled as soon as possible at this point. I cannot stress enough for anyone to NOT do business with this company.

The bracelet she made for me from the flowers from my grandmothers funeral was absolutely beautiful. I’m constantly getting compliments about it and when they find out it’s made with flowers from a loved ones funeral they are amazed. I highly recommend!!
