You have to compare the photos of the advertised arrangement to the one actually delivered to truly understand my disappointment. I mean, really?? I can't even see the other succulents for the mutant aloe vera.nnCustomer service seemed great. Over the phone I agreed that substitutions could be made if not all succulents in the advertisement were available. I was also told that the exact container might not be on hand. I was assured that the arrangement would still be lovely and elegant and appropriate for a public office. This is not okay.
