I ordered one of my best friends a signature florist's choice of plants and flowers for her birthday. I actually got the address wrong because we were neighbors, and I always forgot that they were 2 numbers down for my address despite being next to my house. They kept in touch with me through text messages throughout the delivery process, because it was cold outside and they wanted to make sure that the plant didn't sit outside for too long. They went back and forth and were ammenable enough to modify the delivery to a different address so somebody could take care of it until my friend got home. the plant arrangement with the flowers was gorgeous, and the pot was as well. The card was handwritten, even including graphics that represented the emojis that I included in the message! Overall very pleased with the service.
Very nice staff, lots of cool items for yourself or as gifts for others. A whole lot more than a florist shop.
