So the actual succulent corsages she made for my wedding are pretty, but she has HORRIBLE customer service. When we initially ordered the four corsages she was pleasant. Once they were done she was rude and short on the phone. Once I went to pick them up she had the wrong color ribbon, so I asked for her to redo them. When she called to let us know they were done she ended up hanging up on my mom. We ended up getting busy with wedding stuff and forgetting to pick them up that day. So my mom went to pick them up right at 9am when she opened and she was completely rude. This lady was walking up when my mom pulled up and she said “you here for those corsages?” My mom said “yes, we are sorry e we didn’t get here yesterday but we got caught up with wedding stuff.” The lady didn’t say anything, turned around and went in to the house grabbed the corsages and gave them to my mom. My mom said “thank you these colors look much better, we appreciate It.” The lady didn’t say anything and just turned around, walked in the house and shut the door.nnThis customer service was so horrible I will never go back.

I live in Kentucky and called to have flowers sent to my niece. I called at 10am and asked to have them delivered by 1:30pm because I wasn’t sure how long she would be home.The woman I spoke with said that wouldn’t be a problem and said she would call me if they weren’t there. Well around 1pm I got a call. She said the driver left them on the steps but asked if there was anything she could do- she also offered to call my niece. I just thought it was great service! I love when people do what they say they will do. Thanks!

I ordered online for my parent’s 50th anniversary since I’m out of state. I loved the picture of our chosen bouquet but asked for them to switch out some colors to better match their wedding colors. My parents sent a picture and the bouquet is beautiful! Thank you for helping us celebrate them from afar!!
