I love this veterinarian. She has this location and also one in elmwood wi.
Kept getting bills in the mail about a procedure that I had paid for on the day it was done. Told them about it the first time, they told me that everything was set and they apologize. Yet, I kept getting bills with INTEREST PAYMENTS along with the total bill. Poor documentation. Very unprofessional and rude that I kept getting bills for something I already paid for. Will not be going there again.
Just had my kitten neutered and declawed. They did a great job and took great care of him for a very reasonable price. Cheapest in the area.
