We have 3 vet clinics in our town but still drive to Durand just because of the knowledge and friendliness we receive at this clinic!
Love the staff at Chippewa Valley vet! Very caring and compassionate, gives you all our your options relating to pet care and all the staff provide such great care to our dogs. Quality care in a small town setting...Highly recommend!
I am not happy with the new vet. She was rude and very cold towards me and my dog. She acted like we were bothering her. She did not listen to me and I was correct it what was going on, so ended up going elsewhere the next day to get the treatment we should have had. It was expensive to get no results. I spent the very same the next day and received a thorough exam, medications and food. Very disappointing as I have gone here for years and everything changed when Tom retired.
They have always taken great care of my pets for the past 18 years.
Great staff and vets! They saw my dog when no one else could. They are very knowledgeable. They did bloodwork and found out that my older lab has hypothyroidism and as soon as we got her on medication she's been acting like a puppy again!
