I had my 19 year old Cat, Desi, taken there. She had the best life, and everyone at this clinic, loved her just as much as I did. They all ensured she had the very best care and was comfortable. I was in constant contact with their office, they went out of their way to not only make sure my Cat would be safe and happy, but that I was ok and I understood every single step. I can't find the words to express how grateful I am, or the love I feel for this clinic. The best people, hands down. I found Wasatch Hollows when i began searching for another vet to care for my senior cat who had been declining in health. The vet i was using was lazy and not believing me that he was acting strange and losing so much weight it had to be something else besides feeding him. When i showed up here i was distraught and looking for anyone to care for him that would take me and my pet’s health seriously. I was met with Dr. Howard who was not only kind and caring towards my pet but with me as well. She was so gentle checking out Shiloh and walked me through everything she wanted to test him for immediately. We took a few appointments searching for the reason for his decline in health but he was so small now that we couldn’t do anything invasive in fear of him passing. We were not able to keep him but he lived longer than he would have if i had not gone to see her. They have exceptional care and attention to detail as well as a sincere kindness about them. I returned a few months later for my dog’s one year checkup and they took marvelous care to make sure every concern of mine was addressed and that he was doing as well as he could be. They are always happy to give recommendations and talk you through anything you might need to know for the future. They are now my family vet for my cat and dog and i will forever be thankful for their help with Shiloh to ease his pain before he passed. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! I highly recommend them for their care, pricing, facilities, and ability to do everything from checkups to surgery. I won’t be using anyone else!

Woke up one morning to my cat being under the weather, he needed to be seen that day. I called Wasatch Hollow to see if they could fit my sweet boy in that day, to my surprise they offered a "drop off" service. The service is where you drop you pet off at a designated time, then your pet will be seen when the Doctor is able to see your pet. I was made aware that it could take all day for my cat to be seen. For me, it was worth it. I knew he needed to be assessed that day. The entire staff put me at ease with their professionalism and friendliness. My Abner was seen closer to the end of the day, once he was seen by Dr. Howard, she called to update me about the necessary treatments he should receive and asked if I would like to move forward with the treatments. Dr. Howard and her staff walked me through the treatments, gave upfront estimates for treatments all while making sure my lil' Abner was comfortable. Wasatch Hollow was recommended to me by a family member years ago, I wished I would have taken my pets there sooner. The entire experience was above and beyond any other vet I've previously been to. The business as a whole cares about your pet from the beginning to the end of your appointment then goes above expectations by reaching out after your appointment to make sure your fur baby is doing well.

Wonderful service and care. Was able to get our injured cat in right away. The staff was very kind and caring and kept us informed throughout the day. We were even contacted by the Vet to explain the results and future care for our cat. Two thumbs up !

Absolutely loved Dr. Swartz! We are first time dog owners and she took the time to answer all our questions. Caring, kind and knowledgeable. Gave our new puppy his first shots, not even a whimper from him, he didn't even know he had shots. The entire staff was friendly. Highly recommend!
