If you are in need of quality veterinarian care, and are looking for a clean facility, with thee most friendly and caring staff, as well as amazingly knowledgeable and confident team of doctors; then you have found the place! from scary procedures, to routine check ups, the Team at Burch Creek Animal Hospital has put me at ease, answered the tough questions, and been upfront and transparent with my dogs and cats needs. The passion they have for their work shows when you call and get a quick response, walk in the front door and are greeted in such a friendly way and my favorite part, the way these guys LOVE your pets. as soon as you're there it is apparent, they are there for one thing, to make your pets feel healthy, which is wonderful, and special, which is true.

Laura was GREAT. I just had an appt where it was our first time with Laura and my dog was the most comfortable I've seen her at any vet. She took the time to make sure my dog was at ease and the whole process was very informative. I had such a great experience!

It was a Saturday morning. Our dog had gotten stung several times by bees or hornets out in the yard. She was swollen all over her face and was beginning to shake and have trouble breathing. We saw that Burch Creek Animal Hospital was still open. We drove up there about 5 minutes away and the sign on the door said that we had to call first before coming in. When we called and let them know what was going on, they told us that they were closing in 30 minutes, so we wouldn't be allowed to come in. We tried to relate to them that this was an emergency. They still refused to see us. They told us that we could drive about 30 minutes away to the nearest 24 hour emergency vet. They put the life and health of our dog in jeopardy because they didn't want to be inconvenienced. We will never go back there and would recommend that no one else does either. I had to give them one star in order to post this, but they deserve zero.

Staff was super friendly when we brought in our new pound pup for a general check-up and to get him up-to-date on all of his shots. They genuinely seemed to enjoy and care about what they do.

I have only taken my two dogs here and have always had a friendly and pleasant experience. We love it here
