DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE TO GET GROOMED! The vet, Dr. Ellis is a saint, and she is the only reason this review still has 5 stars. That being said, their groomer Anthony Miller is awful! We took our dog there after a few months without a cut and because he was a little matted Anthiny just shaved him completely! No phone call, no apology, nothing. He even shaved his eyelashes completely off! There were specific notes on how to cut our dogs fur and he ignored them and took it upon himself to make decisions without consulting us. When confronted about the issue he called me and my husband inhuman and insinuated that we were bad dog owners and that our dog was sad and in pain. Anyone who knows our dog (including the vet and office staff) know that he is very well taken care of and loved. Anthony was extremely rude and unapologetic for his inconsiderate actions. I will spare the rest of the details, but legal actions are being considered.

Was not impressed with the conversation heard from the receptionists as I was waiting on the doctors to figure out what was wrong with my boy. Dr Kristie was very good and attentive like always. Would add that the Service is good but you’re going to be waiting a while to be seen.

I had to go during the pandemic to get my pup his rabies shot. They were very well organized in the parking lot. They checked me in and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Then a tech came out and gave him his shot right there in the parking lot. I liked it It was very safe and not insane at all.

Brought in our somewhat adopted wild cat from the woods and he had some horrible mats on him so without any hesitation, medication, or sedation Kristie and her lovely assistant went to work and got the mats out quite quickly without any of us hardly getting much more than a scratch on us. I was in shock I thought we were in for a fight ... Such an amazing bunch of folks we can't thank them enough...... Jimbo says thanks as well

This is the only place I will ever take my animals! The sweet nurses, makes you feel important and the care the vet gives is outstanding! Thank you for taking care of my fur babies!
