The clinic’s health and safety process was very well planned. Dr. Jansen was great with our 2 new puppies! Very thorough, informative and compassionate. Thanks to PB on a stick, didn’t notice their shots; they didn’t want to leave! Great customer service from the rest of the staff! Thank for making our first visit a wonderful experience!
Dr. Brewer is incredibly caring towards my blind shepherd. She is timid when it comes to new places and people, but he is patient and gentle, making her warm right up. They also do a great job with letting her in the side room as to not stress her out more. Highly recommend!
The staff at CVC is A+!! Front desk people are always welcoming...especially to the furry patients that pass through the door. Vets as well as their assistants are always thorough and professional. They answer questions fully and make sure I know exactly the best way to care for my pet. Slightly more costly than other places but well worth it for the proper care of my furry companions! They ARE family afterall!!
Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic has helped me provide a fantastic quality of life from beginning to end with three of my beloved dogs. We started a new chapter together with my wonderful young pup a year ago. Dr. Brewer is great at sneaking in shots. Pooches never feel a thing. Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic provides top notch, caring, compassionate, & very knowledgeable care. I highly recommend Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic!
We had to say goodbye to our furbaby yesterday. The staff members at Cedarburg Vet were phenomenal. Due to Covid, only one person is allowed inside at a time. So that we could be with our baby in the final moments, we were allowed to do the procedure outside. There was a warm breeze, sunny skies, and a beautiful tree that we sat under. She went quickly and peacefully. I can't thank the Dr. and her staff enough for giving us such a peaceful way to say goodbye and memories that will not haunt me on such a difficult day. Thank you :)
