We flew in from Florida on Memorial Day. The following day was the memorial for our Grandfather. My oldest brother who had just visited was unable to return. He was able to locate this shop by phone, and then I completed the order by phone. We are a clan of six and only three of us could come last minute. We wanted to honor our Grandfather in the best way possible and our budget was $200 (the final price was just below budget with taxes). We asked for red roses as those were his favorite and then asked to filled in the back with white. Our options were a cross, heart ,or circle. We chose a circle for the circle of life. He lived a full and happy life. All the other surrounding flower shops were not getting flower deliveries until 11 am and couldn't have arrangements until the afternoon. Rachel's Roses did the best with what they had and made a beautiful arrangement. We had to drive from Port Washington to get them, but were able to pick them up and drive them to the memorial before everyone arrived. Thankfully they were present next to my Grandfather. They have this shop because her own daughter was in a severe accident and was going to be unable to do anything. Those very hands made our arrangement and we will be forever grateful. Oddly enough of one of our sister's name is Rachel. She is the quiet one.

Ordered flowers for a funeral - I guess Rachel didn’t realize I would see what she sent. Clearly overcharged for the amount of flowers provided. Will go else where next time I need flowers.

Ordered flowers online for a funeral. The order was cancelled, an email was sent but I never received a phone call regarding this. I didn't see the email until after family arrived at the funeral home and asked me where I had them sent.

I highly recommend Rachel's Roses for the excellent products, customer service and attention to special requests. We were so happy with the corsage and boutonniere made for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. They went out of their way to make sure my mom had fresh lily of the valley instead of artificial. She was thrilled! Thank you Rachel's Roses!
