Best Choice Floral

I’m disappointed but not surprised to see so many negative reviews. I, like so many here, used a third party to order flowers. They used Best Choice. Ordered on Wed for same day or next day delivery. After many phone calls and frankly, poor reception from all sides, I was told by Best Choice, “we’re a florist not a shipping company.” I have no idea what that means. All I know is that the flowers are still not there and there was no apology whatsoever.

Owner was very knowledgeable about which plants are hardy for our zone, coloration and fertilization. Prices reasonable, plants look high quality and well cared for. Gift shop is adorable!! Lots of great finds, we'll go here again.

I had some landscape work done a few years back and they would not back up the warranty on their plants. This place should be called last choice not best choice!!

My dad ordered flowers for me using a floral store in Canada and Best choice Floral was the place responsable to send me the flowers to my house. They delivered my flowers on July 11 without calling my house to make sure I was home. I came back from vacation on July 12 late afternoon. The flowers were on my porch in a bad shape. I called them on July 13 ( Monday) and they said they will call me back. The following week, they told me they needed to make some call to get the permission to deliver me flowers again. I called them back and they did not hear back and I needed to wait more. On Friday, August 7, I called again and needed to tell them my whole story again and the manager was not there and the lady said they will call me back that night. They never called. So today, I called again and the lady never heard of my story and said she will look at the order. She said now that I will need to call the store in Canada myself to asked them the permissions for them to deliver flowers. Well this is a poor customer service. I think I did enough phone calls to them and they need to make it right. She explained to me that with the Covid 19, they are supposed to just drop flowers without calling. Well Covid 19 can not explained their poor customer services. More than a month after the issue arise they were not able to fix it and I am not even sure how many times I called without hearing from them. Celine Lapointe

Ordered fresh flowers for my mom, they were dead within a day. Good for mulch but nothing else.
