We were happy to find a vet for our kitten so close to where we live. We were open in the beginning about the procedures we wanted done with our cat, but we were pushed into expensive vaccinations that we’ve never heard of. The main reason we came in was for spaying and declawing...but our requests were ignored and not addressed. We took the vet’s advice since we are not experts. After 2 visits, we were finally told that they don’t do declawing, and when spaying was brought up again, the vet continued to dance around our request. The staff was quite rude, and it seemed their main concern was that we didn’t have a pet carrier to bring our cat in. We are now taking our cat to Apple Valley Pet Clinc, where our experience was wonderful. It’s nice to have people that actually listen to you and treat you with courtesy!

The best place and people to care for your feline friends. I have taken my cats to Dr. Flatley and Co. for more than 10 years, and they treat each cat as family. Other places have placed more emphasis on dogs, but Fox Valley Cat Clinic specializes exclusively on cats, and it’s such a relief to find a vet so well-versed in the treatment of cats. I have called her in a panic more than a few times, and the clinic never makes me wait 24 hours for an answer. No matter how busy they are, the clinic calls me back the same day. That means the world to me.

Wow! What a great place! I’ve gone there twice now since I moved to the area. Being from a smaller town it was intimidating to try and find a new vet for my cats. Then I discovered there was the Fox Valley Cat Clinic!! The staff is always so friendly anytime I call them or go into the clinic. They recommend the right things and aren’t pushy on other products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!

I called as my friend had a good referral. I spoke with Wendy. 1st off she was rude. She cut me off while I was talking many times.nI called for pricing and then set an appointment for the same day as I was off and could make it.nShe called me back and said I needed to get info faxed over. OK.nThen she said because we were coming the same day the appointment would be over $20 more as a priority visit just because I was going to come in the same day -- at their next available opening. Mind you this was a Monday and I couldn't schedule the appointment over the weekend.nI cancelled. I will never go here after the way I was treated over the phone.nFound different vet who is $20 less than original .... saved over $40!!!nDON'T GO HERE!!!!

Caring, professional staff offering healthcare for cats only. No dogs around to scare the bejeezus out of your skittish kitties. They also do a lot of local community service for the humane society.
