I went here for my 16yr. old cat's emergency euthanasia.They are wonderful & compassionate, gave me plenty of time in a private room, and helped me cope with the sudden loss. I cannot recommend them enough.
This is truly a wonderful place. Their employees all love pets and are very patient and knowledgeable. With COVID, they only allow the pets inside, which was handled so professionally and easy. I was still able to have all my questions answered, and while the checkup/vaccines were taking place I was able to sit and relax in my car. We have come here for years.
Dr. Shepard and the team of vet techs are absolutely incredible. I’ve had my dog in several times in the past month because my dog has a lot of health issues and every single time they’ve shown me how much they genuinely care about my pet. His health issues have been very emotional and they’ve been so supportive through it all. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. I trust this place incredibly.
I spent some time trying to find the best vet for my kitten and I couldn’t be more satisfied with Fox River Animal Hospital. They were attentive, kind and very responsive. They made sure me and my fur baby were happy and as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
We feel 100% confident bringing our animals to FRAH to care for. The entire staff is incredible.nWe just wish you they still did boarding because we haven't felt good about bringing our dogs anywhere like we used to with them.nStrongly recommend them to anyone!
